The key to this great body and fitness was simple.  Eat what you want in moderation.  Stop eating before you even feel full.  Walk Briskly 3-5 miles a day.  Or ride your bike 5-10 miles a day.  If you run you can run 2 miles a day or swim for 45 minutes.
